Coventry provides Residential Warranty Corporation’s (RWC) insured warranty program for each home:
1-10 Warranty
The builder is responsible for correcting defects for the first year, and RWC warrants the home against major structural defects for ten years.
Qualification
Coventry is required by RWC to meet financial, customer satisfaction and technical competence standards, including our subcontractors. This is your assurance that your home was built by a qualified professional.
